The Liebster Award

When we first found out that we received this award, we were both over the moon! It is such a lovely idea and a lovely thing to receive so we'd both like to thank Chantel who runs such an amazing blog for giving us this award!

Now, for all of you who may of not heard what The Liebster Award is all about we'll give you little run down! The Liebster Award if for giving up-and-coming bloggers more exposure. There's a few rules to follow once you've been nominated which are:

1. Thank the lovely person that nominated you
2. Answer the 11 questions they've asked you
3. Nominate 11 other bloggers with under 200 followers
4. Ask them 11 questions to answer too

Simple and easy so we hope that you now understand... onto the questions!

1. Why did you start blogging?  We both started blogging because it was a passion of our and we had discussed it quite a lot and came up with the idea of making a blog together! We both really enjoy the beauty world being massive beauty junkies! Mainly, we just love reading other people's blogs and sharing common interests so we thought the perfect way to do this was to create a blog!
2. Favourite blogs/Youtubers? We absolutely love discovering new blogs and Youtubers but there's still many old favourites of ours! Rhian's favourite blogs are FashionRocksMySocks (Rhiannon), Life In The Fruit Bowl (Helen), Sprinkle Of Glitter (Louise), Zoella (Zoe) and gh0stparties (Kate). Rhian's favourite Youtubers are FashionRocksMySocks (Rhiannon), Zoella (Zoe), The Shaytards, Lauren Curtis, Hannah Maggs, and Velvetgh0st (Gabriella). Ellie's favourite blogs and Youtubers combined are Velvetgh0st, Meg's Boutique and Beccarose! There are so many more but there is a lovely little combination for you all to enjoy!
3. Make-up products you can't live without? Ooh, wow! This is a very hard question! Rhian can't live without concealer, especially the Collection Lasting Perfection one! A concealer can really help cover up them little breakouts or dark circles which really can brighten up your face and make you feel 10x more confident! Ellie can't live without her eyebrow pencil/shadow for definite! The saying is true, eyebrows frame the face! The transformation being no eyebrow pencil to eyebrow pencil is amazing and that's why can't live without it!
4. Skincare product you can't live without? Just like make-up, skincare is so incredible important! Rhian can't live without her Soap&Glory Peaches and Clean Facial Wash, which removes all traces of make-up and feels so refreshing. The smell is sooo divine, you just want to wash your face every hour of the day! Ellie's skincare product that she can't live without is the Botanics Rose Water Toning Spritz, seriously refreshes your face in the morning and evens out your complexion perfectly.
5. Favourite clothes store? Oh the joys of clothes shopping, our favourite! Rhian's favourite clothing store is essentially not a store but it sells clothes! It's the well loved Asos! Sells everything that you could ever want but at a reasonable price, plus super fast delivery, what more could you want! Ellie's favourite clothing store differs from season to season depending on the clothes that are avaliable but at the moment would have to say H&M! Seen so many lovely summer clothes for such a good price this year!
6. Favourite clothing item? Rhian's favourite clothing item is a maxi skirt. Maxi skirts are so versatile that you can dress it up and dress it down. There are so many out there in a range of styles and at a range of prices which can really benefit anyone. Ellie's favourite clothing item has got to be a pair of black trousers/leggings. They are an essential to anyone's wardrobe because they are super comfy and are very versatile when comes to putting an outfit together!
7. Favourite movie/TV Show? Wow, this is a very hard question coming from massive TV and movie lovers! Rhian's favourite movie has got to be Submarine, beautiful movie with such an amazing soundtrack! Rhian's favourite TV show is the classic Made In Chelsea, yes it can be very over exaggerated at times but such a fun, enjoyable programme to watch! Ellie's favourite TV show is Modern Family. Ellie prefers to watch light hearted, comedy shows especially this one because it makes her feel super happy!
8. Favourite food? Oooh yum! food! Rhian's favourite food is pizza, ugh I know, how predictable but it just tastes so good! Especially with extra cheese and the cheeky extra pieces of chicken! Ellie's favourite food is a bit naughty and it's popcorn! Ellie doesn't really have one favourite food that she's into all the time but has come to realise that she could eat popcorn for breakfast, lunch and dinner (sweet of course!).
9. Where have you travelled to? Only being young we haven't really had the opportunity to travel far/a lot but we are planning to when we are older which we are extremely excited to do! Rhian has been to America, Greece and Turkey whilst Ellie has gone to France, Turkey, Scotland and Wales!
10. Favourite song of the moment? Having a large range of music we love, we were eventually able to whittle it down to a song each! Rhian's favourite song is Go Slow by the lovely band Haim and Ellie's favourite song is Video Games by the beautiful Lana Del Rey. 
11. Random fact about yourself? The most random fact we can think of is we once saw Tim Burton and Helena Bonham Carter in McDonald's! How amazing is that!
